-We ship all of our watches from the U.S. Please allow for 24-48 working hours to process an order.
-Shipping time within the domestic USA ranges from 2 to 5 working days depending on your location and the shipping option chose. 
 
-NOTE: The cut-off time for dispatching orders on a given working day is 4:00pm  (PST). Depending when you order, this could add an extra business day.  Please also note that some orders may be delayed to due customs or holidays in your country.  If there are no updates on your tracking link for over 7 working days, please contact us immediately, so we can investigate the issue.

We are currently working on ways that we can provide our timepieces throughout the entire world. There are currently a few countries however that remain difficult to access.

* If an order is placed within any of these countries, we will attempt shipment, but cannot guarantee delivery based on many factors. More importantly, the purchaser will be responsible for the customs and duties fees which will incur. These fess can end up costing a significant amount (in some countries up to 50 percent).  
Customs & Duties
Orders outside of USA may require you to pay a customs and duties fee. In the event this occurs, we are not responsible for covering these fees.
-For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.
-For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.
 
RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@fraserwatches.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- To request a refund, email support@fraserwatches.com, or fill out our Contact form - providing your Order #, and reason for refund & get back within 1 business day. 

- To receive your refund, we will require the product back, in the same condition as you received it, using a tracked courier service and returned to the address details given over email correspondence (support@fraserwatches.com)

- The watch must be in its original condition as you received it. If anything is compromised (ex: used leather strap, scratches from use, missing strap), then it will not be subjected to a full refund.

- Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion, depending on the condition of product & packaging.

- In the unlikely situation a product is defective and you are requesting a refund, we will require video confirmation and the original product returned back.
